LOCATION.-- On downstream side of bridge on James Street, at Newport, and 7.5 mi upstream from the confluence with the Delaware River.
PERIOD OF RECORD.-- November 1993 to current year.
GAGE.-- Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 0.00 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). Prior to October 1, 2015, at datum 1.05 ft higher.
REMARKS.--This is a tidal station. Discharge is not determined at this location.
PERIOD OF RECORD (Water Quality).--October 2006 to current year.

This station managed by the MD-DE-DC Water Science Center Dover office.
