    LOCATION.--Lat 29°56'57", long 85°00'56" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 sec. 14, T.6.N., R.8 W., Franklin County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03130011, on left bank at Brickyard Landing, 0.5 mi north of Fort Gadsden, 5.3 mi southwest of Sumatra, and 20.6 mi upstream from mouth.

    DRAINAGE AREA.--19,200 mi2.

    PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1977 to current year.

    GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929 (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers bench mark).

    REMARKS.--Discharge above 15,000 ft 3/s good; discharge below 15,000 ft 3 poor, due to tidal effect.
