LOCATION - Lat 41°34'29.6", long 90°24'15.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.8, T.78 N., R.5 E., Scott County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 07080101, in Pleasant Valley Iowa. The motioning station is located on the upstream long-wall of the lock 14 auxiliary lock approach channel. The upstream portion of the auxiliary lock is within a gated section of the Army Corps. Facility. Follow SE 182nd Street west towards the lock facility. 
DRAINAGE AREA - 88,400 mi².
