gage photoLOCATION. --Lat 41°01'30", long 74°24'31" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, West Milford Township, Passaic County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030103, 900 ft upstream of Macopin Reservoir, on left edge of river 15 ft downstream from culvert below the southbound lane of NJ-23, 0.8 mi east of Charlotteburg Reservoir, and 0.5 mi southeast of Green Pond Junction.
DRAINAGE AREA. --57.1 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD. --April 2010 to current year.
GAGE. Water-stage recorder, water temperature, and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 628 ft above NGVD of 1929 (from topographic map).
COOPERATION. Funding provided by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. This station managed by the West Trenton, NJ Water Science Center.
