LOCATION. --Lat 40°48'00", long 74°11'16" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Bloomfield Township, Essex County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030103, on downstream left wingwall of bridge on entrance ramp at Interchange 149 to the Garden State Parkway in Bloomfield, 0.6 mi west of Nutley, and 5.1 mi upstream from Passaic River.
