telemetry and tidal crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 0.00 ft above
NAVD of 1988. Prior to October 2008, datum of gage was 0.00 ft above
NGVD of 1929. Data published to NGVD of 1929 can be adjusted to NAVD of
1988 by subtracting 1.28 ft. Prior to May 3, 2011 the gage was located
at 7th Street in Ocean City at datum of 0.00 ft above NAVD of 1988.
Prior to October 1974, the gage was located at 5th Street in Ocean City
at datum of 0.00 ft above NGVD of 1929. Online peaks have been adjusted
to current datum.
