PERIOD OF RECORD.--
August 1992 to current year.
Water-stage recorder with telemetry and crest-stage gage.
Datum of gage is 555.40 ft above NGVD of 1929 (levels from American
Geodetic Survey Company benchmark).
Records good, except for estimated discharges, which
are fair. Possible regulation from ponds and golf courses upstream.
Beaver dam construction may occasionally affect flow. A significant
portion of the base flow was the result of continuous pumpage from a
limestone quarry into a tributary approximately 1.5 mi upstream from
gage, until April 2004 when it largely ceased with only occasional
short periods of pumping.
