This gage is monitored in cooperation with the South Florida Water Management District

LOCATION.--Lat 27°21'45", long 81°03'03", in sec.5, T.36 S., R.33 E., Highlands County, Hydrologic Unit 03090101, 400 ft south of U.S. Highway 98, 4.3 mi upstream of structure 65-D, 4.7 mi downstream of structure 65-C and 13.4 mi southeast of Lorida.

DRAINAGE AREA.--2709 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 2009 to September 2010.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder, acoustic velocity meter, and data-collection platform. Continuous sediment sampler is operated at site. Datum of gage is at NAVD of 1988.

REMARKS.--Daily discharge published are those for the unrestored main channel.
