To obtain approximate water elevation, add gage datum of 1099.71 to the current gage height. Add an additional 0.65 feet for elevation referenced to NAVD88 (North American Vertical Datum of 1988), the vertical control used for inundation and levee mapping.

NOTE:Gage relocated 0.7 mile upstream at temporary location(same datum) from Aug. 14, 2008 to Sept. 13, 2010. The permanent historical gaging station for this site has become isolated from the Missouri River due to the 2011 flooding. Gage has been relocated 11.0 miles downstream to the Brooky Bottom Boat Ramp on May 120, 2012(same datum).

This station operated in cooperation with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
