LOCATION.--Lat 48° 42'08", long 116° 08'18"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NW1/4 NE1/4 NE1/4(Rev.) sec.25, T.62 N., R.2 E., Boundary County, Moyie Springs quad, Hydrologic Unit 17010104, at Katka, 3,000 ft downstream from Great Northern Railway station, and 3.25 mi upstream from Moyie River

DRAINAGE AREA.--11,860 mi2, approximately.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 1928 to September 1933 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Staff gage. Elevation of gage is 1,700.10 ft above NGVD of 1929, supplementary adjustment of 1947.

REMARKS.--No diversion or regulation above station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 96,500 ft3/s June 18, 1933, gage height, 96.80 ft; minimum, 1,750 ft3/s Feb. 10, 1933, minimum gage height, 73.74 ft, Dec. 11, 1929.
