LOCATION.--Lat 42° 52', long 111° 56' (NAD27), in sec.30, T.6 S., R.39 E., Caribou County, Hydrologic Unit 17040208, Chesterfield Reservoir quad., on right bank 0.2 mi downstream from Portneuf-Marsh Valley Dam, 3 mi upstream from Topons Creek, and 2.5 mi west of Chesterfield.
DRAINAGE AREA.--92 mi2, approximately.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1912 to April 1915 (discontinued).
GAGE.--Staff gage. Elevation of gage is 6,080 ft, above NGVD of 1929, by barometer.
REMARKS.--The Portneuf Diversion Channel near Chesterfield (13070500) diverts 0.2 mi above station. The flow is regulated by the Portneuf-Marsh Valley Reservoir, capacity, 16,410 acre-ft (1911-50), 24,000 acre-ft (after 1951).
