LOCATION.--Lat 41° 47'20", long 114° 44'30" (NAD27), in sec.16, T.45 N., R.64 E., Elko County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 17040213, Middle Stack Mountain quad., about 0.5 mi downstream from heading of ditch on west side of Salmon Falls Creek, and about 1 mi northeast of Contact, Nevada.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--June to September 1914 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Staff gage.

REMARKS.--Ditch diverted from left bank of Salmon Falls Creek in Sec.16, T.45 N., R.64 E., for the irrigation of the south portion of San Jacinto Ranch west of Salmon Falls Creek.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge observed, 23 ft3/s July 2-6, 1914, gage height, 2.25 ft; no flow July 8 to Aug. 13, 1914.
