LOCATION.--Lat 44° 02'40", long 113° 12'40" (NAD27), in NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.11, T.8 N., R.27 E., Butte County, Badger Creek quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040217, 6.8 mi southeast of Clyde, and 9.8 mi upstream from mouth.
