LOCATION.--Lat 43° 29'47", long 115° 41'20"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NW1/4 sec.24, T.2 N., R.6 E., Elmore County, Danskin Peak quad., Hydrologic Unit 17050113, on right bank 1.5 mi upstream from Smith Creek, 4 mi upstream from flow line of Arrowrock Reservoir, 4 mi west of discontinued Lenox Post Office, 13 mi upstream from mouth, and 17 mi upstream from Arrowrock Dam.

DRAINAGE AREA.--1,097 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--March 1911 to December 1947 (discontinued). Published as "South Fork Boise River near Prairie" in 1911.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,395 ft above NGVD of 1929, from river-profile map. Mar. 24, 1911 to Apr. 10, 1915, staff gage at same site and datum.

REMARKS.--Some water stored in Little Camas Reservoir and diverted for irrigation of about 5,000 acres in vicinity of Mountain Home. Storage in Anderson Ranch began Dec. 15, 1945 (see sta 13190000).

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 9,550 ft3/s Apr. 17, 1943, gage height, 10.05 ft; minimum, 26 ft3/s (regulated) Feb. 6, 1946, Nov. 23, 1947.
