LOCATION.--Lat 43° 34', long 116° 08', (NAD27), in SW1/4 sec.29, T.3 N., R.3 E., Ada County, Hydrologic Unit 17050114, Lucky Peak quad., on right bank, 400 ft downstream from Barber Dam, 0.25 mi southwest of Barber Post Office, and 5.0 mi southeast of Boise.

DRAINAGE AREA.--2,702 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--December 1935 to March 1936 (discontinued). October 1936 to April 1937, discharge measurements only.

GAGE.---Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,752.78 ft above sea level, datum of US Corps of Engineers.

REMARKS.--Flow regulated by storage in Arrowrock Reservoir and by diversion dam for New York Canal 2 mi upstream. Minor regulation by Barber Dam immediately upstream.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge recorded, 1,000 ft3/s Mar. 9, 1936, gage height, 3.63 ft, from rating curve extended above 300 ft3/s; minimum discharge recorded, 1.8 ft3/s Dec. 20, 1935, gage height, 0.43 ft.
