LOCATION.--Lat 44° 29'53", long 115° 34'35"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.1, T.13 N., R.7 E., Boise County, Bernard Mountain quad., Hydrologic Unit 17050120, Boise National Forest, on right bank 0.25 mi upstream from East Fork Deadwood River, 1.5 mi north of abandoned Bernard Post Office (Deadwood Mine), and 13 mi southeast of Knox.

DRAINAGE AREA.--9.67 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1929 to October 1932 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 5,720 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Prior to June 1931, flow was regulated by small powerplant above station. No diversions.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 345 ft3/s June 15, 1932, gage height, 3.87 ft; no flow for short intervals during winter months, when powerplant was in operation.
