LOCATION.--Lat 46° 06'30", long 116° 45'13"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SW1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4 sec.18, T.32 N., R.3 W., Nez Perce County, Frye Point quad., Hydrologic Unit 17060209, on right bank 300 ft downstream from proposed dam site (1957), 0.12 mi downstream from West Fork, 4.5 mi upstream from East Fork, and 10 mi southwest of Winchester.

DRAINAGE AREA.--18.6 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1951 to November 1956 (discontinued).

REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 1737: Drainage area.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,380 ft above NGVD of 1929, by barometer.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 209 ft3/s Apr. 16, 1956, gage height, 3.75 ft; maximum gage height recorded, 5.03 ft, Apr. 9, 1955, backwater from ice; minimum discharge recorded, 0.2 ft3/s Sept. 23, Oct. 4, 1952, gage height, 1.62 ft.
