LOCATION - Lat 31°24'48", long 86°03'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Coffee County, AL, Hydrologic Unit 03140202, on downstream side of bridge on U.S. Highway 84 in Elba, 0.2 miles downstream of Whitewater Creek, 4.5 miles upstream of Elba Dam, and at mile 61.8.
