LOCATION - Lat 35°00'50.57", long 85°12'23.91" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Hamilton County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 06020001, on left bank, atop flood levee, 400 ft. upstream from bridge on U.S. Hwy 11/64 (Brainerd Rd.), 0.8 mi. downstream of confluence of West Chickamauga Creek and South Chickamauga Creek, 6.0 miles east of the city hall in Chattanooga, and at river mile 12.2. Located within the greenway gates

DRAINAGE AREA - 428 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Operated as a continuous-record gage from Oct. 1928 to Sept. 1978. Operated as a stage only gage, with fragmentary record, from Oct. 1978 to Sept. 1980. Operated as a continuous-record gage from Oct. 1980 to Sept. 1994. Operated as a continuous-record gage from Apr. 1, 2012 to current year.
