- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 36°22'57.92", long 89°20'32.66" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Obion County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 08010202, at Bridge on St. Hwy 22, 0.8 miles Northeast of the town of Samburg and 4.7 miles Northwest of the town of Hornbeak and 0.5 mile south of Reelfoot Lake.
DRAINAGE AREA - 8.01 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1982 to October 1983, September 1984 to March 1986, February 12, 2013 to September 30, 2013.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 283.34 ft. NAVD 1988 determined by survey grade GPS. From August 1982 to March 1986 gage datum referenced as 315 ft. above sea level determined from topographic map.
REMARKS - Records fair except for flows below 1 ft³/sec which are poor, estimated daily discharge which are poor, and other periods as noted.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD PRIOR TO REGULATION - Maximum discharge 3,090 ft³/s, May 12, 1983; gage height, 9.87 ft, present site and at datum then in use. No flow several days most years.
