LOCATION - Lat 35°04'49", long 90°04'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Shelby County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 08010211, on center of downstream side of bridge on Riverport Road, inside the city limits of Memphis, Tennessee, 0.34 miles southwest of I-55, 0.46 miles northeast of the intersection of Riverport Rd. and Rivergate Rd. and 0.75 miles from mouth of creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 183 mi².  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 18, 2012 to current year.
GAGE -

Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 174.60 ft above NAVD 88, (Reference Fram NAD_83 (2011) (EPOCH:2010.0000), GEOID18).

Prior to 07/13/2023 datum of gage was not assigned.

REMARKS - Site is located approximately one mile upstream from the Mississippi River and most periods are affected by backwater.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height 43.98 ft. January 9, 2016; minimum, 6.87 ft, October 27-31, 2013.
