LOCATION - Lat 42°20'14", long 71°06'42" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Norfolk County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090001, on right bank, 10 ft downstream of Netherlands Road bridge in Olmsted Park, and 0.5 mi north of Brookline.
DRAINAGE AREA - 5.93 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Gage height: November 1999 to October 2000, August 2001 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with telephone telemeter. Elevation of gage is 6.467 ft above North American Vertical Datum 1988 (corrected).
COOPERATION - Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Office of Water Resources.
REMARKS - Gage height records are good. Periods of missing gage height record are not estimated. Daily or more frequent fluctuations related to pool stage fluctuations in lower Charles River Basin and operation of flood-control gates and pumps at Charles River Dam.
