LOCATION - Lat 41°49'26.44", long 72°18'46.25" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Tolland County, CT, Hydrologic Unit 01100002, at left side of bridge at Merrow Rd., 0.5 mi. upstream from Winding Brook and 1.0 mi. downstream from State Route 195. Gage is at parking lot of Merrow Meadow Park, in Mansfield CT.
DRAINAGE AREA - 96.3 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Discharge: Aug. 2009 to current year; May 1991 to May 1996 (gage heights and discharge measurments only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 305 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map. Satellite telemetry at station.
