LOCATION - Lat 39°44'01", long 74°57'04" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Winslow Township, Camden County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040302, on left upstream wingwall of bridge on Williamstown-New Freedom Road (County Route 536 Spur), 1.5 mi northeast of Sicklerville, and 3.2 mi upstream from Fourmile Branch.
DRAINAGE AREA - 15.1 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Occasional low-flow measurements, water years 1971-81. Miscellaneous measurements, water years 1985-87, 1989-96, 2001, 2003-07. Continuous-record discharge station, March 1996-September 1998, May 2010 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with telemetry and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 112.12 ft above NAVD of 1988. Prior to Oct 1, 1998, gage located on downstream right wingwall of bridge at different datum.
REMARKS - Records fair, except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 538 ft³/s, Aug 28, 2011, gage height, 7.60 ft; minimum discharge, 0.39 ft³/s, Sep 1, 1998.
