LOCATION - Lat 39°36'18.72", long 75°37'48.06" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, New Castle County, DE, Hydrologic Unit 02040205, on right bank at the downstream side of wing wall at highway bridge on DE-9 / River Road, 2.8 miles northwest of Delaware City, 5.3 miles southwest of New Castle, 4,500 feet upstream from tide gates at mouth to Delaware Bay.
DRAINAGE AREA - Not determined.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1993 to September 1994, June 2007 to August 2016, July to November 2017 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 0.00 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. A Tapedown is used from RP1 as the Primary Reference at this site, and tapedowns from RP5 are made for reference.
