01576516 BIG SPRING RUN ABOVE TRIBUTARY NEAR WILLOW STREET, PA
LOCATION - Lat 39°59'29.56", long 76°15'39.35" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lancaster County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050306, on left bank 130 ft downstream of bridge on Beaver Valley Road (Rt. 741) near the intersection with Gypsy Hill Road.
DRAINAGE AREA - 0.36 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2008 to October 2017 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with electronic data logger. Datum of gage is 315 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and Franklin and Marshall College.
REMARKS - Records for water year 2014 are poor. Records for water year 2015 are poor. Records for water year 2016 are poor. Records for water year 2017 are poor.
