LOCATION - Lat 33°30'23", long 79°07'38" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Georgetown County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03040206, Gage located on left bank of Waccamaw River, 0.5 mi upstream of the confluence with Thoroughfare Creek on the right bank. Gage on pier/boardwalk which runs along access channel leading to The Reserve Marina. Actual coordinates of the gage: 33°30'15.5"N 79°07'49.0"W

DRAINAGE AREA -

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 4.50 ft below NAVD of 1988.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 11.35 ft, September 27, 2018 as a result of Hurricane Florence; minimum gage height, 1.14 ft, Apr. 16, 2007.

For water year 2015: Specific Conductance records good, except for the periods of Nov. 23 - Dec. 20, Jan. 29 - Mar. 22, and May 26 - Jun. 13, which are fair; Temperature records good.
