LOCATION - Lat 27°14'05", long 82°23'46.03" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.27, T.37 S., R.19 E., Sarasota County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100201, on left bank at upstream side of control structure, 6 1/2 miles SE of Bee Ridge, Sarasota county, and 12 miles upstream from U.S. Highway 41.
DRAINAGE AREA - 39.1 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2008 to June 2015 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with Southwest Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Flow regulated at station by manipulation of taintor gates in spillways by Sarasota County.
