LOCATION - Lat 30°24'56", long 88°58'33" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Harrison County, MS, Hydrologic Unit 03170009, Biloxi Quadrangle, sec. 13, R.10 W., T.7 S., 1/4 SW 1/4 NW, St. Stephens Meridian, at drawbridge deck on Popps Ferry Road.
