LOCATION - Lat 39°57'04", long 83°16'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Madison County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05060001, at bridge on Middle Pike, 0.4 mi north of West Jefferson, and 7.2 mi upstream from Big Darby Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 162 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Low flow site 1979 - 1983. Continuous-record stream gage from October 1992 to September 2005 and from April 2009 to current year. Stage-only gage from October 2005 to March 2009.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 878.96 ft (NAVD 1988). Previously, datum of gage was 785 ft (NGVD 1929).
REMARKS -

2014 WY; records fair except for estimated periods, which were poor. Oct. 14, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2014; records poor. Dec. 2, 2014 to Dec. 8, 2015; records fair except for estimated periods, which were poor. Dec. 8, 2015 to Sept. 17, 2016: discharge records fair. Sept. 18, 2016 to Oct. 1, 2016: discharge records poor. Oct. 2, 2016 to Nov. 17, 2016: discharge records fair. Nov. 18, 2016 to Oct. 20, 2017: discharge records fair except for periods of estimated record, which are poor. All estimated discharge record is rated poor, all other discharge records are rated as follows: Oct. 20, 2017- Aug. 9, 2018 rated fair; Aug. 9, 2018- Dec. 18, 2018 rated poor.
