LOCATION - Lat 39°44'06", long 86°11'48" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.21, T.15 N., R.3 E., Marion County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 05120201, 1.5 miles west of Bluff Road on Raymond Street, 1.2 miles north of White River, 800 feet east of Kentucky Ave. on downstream side of Raymond Street bridge over Eagle Creek and at 1.2 river mile.
