LOCATION - Lat 41°43'00", long 86°51'35" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, LaPorte County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 04040001, in NE1/4 SE1/4 sec. 27, T.38 N., R.4 W., LaPorte County, Hydrologic Unit 04040001, on right upstream side of bridge on Springland Avenue in Michigan City, 0.4 river miles downstream from the Chicago South Shore Railroad bridge, 1.0 mile upstream from Otter Creek, and 4.2 miles upstream from mouth.
