LOCATION - Lat 44°12'02", long 85°03'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.21, T.21 N., R.6 W., Missaukee County, MI, Hydrologic Unit 04060102, on left bank 10 ft downstream from bridge on 8 Mile Road, 0.5 mi north of Vogel Center, and 3.5 mi southeast of Falmouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 243 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1966 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 1,123.082 ft above NAVD88.
REMARKS - Some regulation at low flow by dams upstream from station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 1,710 ft³/s, Mar. 29, 1989, gage height, 7.31 ft; minimum discharge, 29 ft³/s, Nov. 3, 1966, result of freezeup.
