LOCATION - Lat 47°16'10.15", long 111°41'42.83" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cascade County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10030102, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.35, T.18 N., R.1 W., Cascade County, on left downstream bridge rail of Cascade-Hound Creek Road county road bridge at Cascade, and at river mile xx.x.  xx.x mi downstream from Sheep Creek, xx.x mi upstream from Smith River.
DRAINAGE AREA - 18,173 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1902 to September 1915, May 20, 2014 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,300 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Prior to Sept. 1915, chain and staff gages on previous bridge at present site and different datum.
REMARKS - Diversions for irrigation occur upstream from station.
