LOCATION - Lat 36°29'37", long 89°18'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Obion County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 08010202, 1.7 miles North of Walnut Log, Tn, 8.2 miles Southwest of Hichman, Ky, and 12.3 miles Northest of Tiptonville, Tn., along gravel road located on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Rufuge, Long Point Unit.
DRAINAGE AREA - 25.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 14, 2013 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 278.06 ft. NAVD 1988 determined by survey grade GPS.
REMARKS - Records fair, except for estimated discharges and flows below 15 cfs, which are considered to be poor and other periods as noted.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum peak flow is unknown, April 28, 2014; maximum stage 7.29 ft., April 28, 2014. Maximum mean daily discharge of 600 ft³/s occurred April 29, 2014 and is an estimated value. No flow occurs many days during the summer and fall months each year.
