LOCATION - Lat 37°01'25", long 94°43'15" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 sec.06, T.35 S., R.25 E., Cherokee County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 11070207, on the right downstream side of bridge on U.S. Highway 166, 0.8 mi east of the interection of U.S. Highways 69 and 166 in Baxter Springs, and at mile 19.3.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,448 mi².
