LOCATION - Lat 34°59'13", long 93°36'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.24, T.4 N., R.25 W., Yell County, AR, Hydrologic Unit 11110204, on left bank 0.2 mi north of Waltreak, and 21.0 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 81.4 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR Arkansas 1970: Drainage area.  Datum of Gage was revised on 08/08/2022 from 371.48 ft NGVD29 to 371.64 ft above NAVD 1988 based on GNSS Static (Level II) and Differential Leveling surveys conducted in Aug/2013. 
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Oct 1945 to Nov 1975 and Oct 1999 to Oct. 2021. Annual maximum 1976 to 1999. Monthly discharge only for some periods published in WSP1311.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 371.64 ft above NAVD of 1988.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood in 1927 reached a stage of 19.5 ft, discharge about 14,600 ft³/s, from information by local resident.
