LOCATION - Lat 30°26'39.4", long 91°08'35" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, East Baton Rouge Parish, LA, Hydrologic Unit 08070202, at bridge (concrete boxes) at Government St., and approximately 6.75 miles upstream from Dawson Creek
DRAINAGE AREA - 4.04 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1954 to July 1967 (daily gage heights and discharge). July 1969 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2.09 below NAVD88 GEOID12B EPOCH 2010.0000. Prior to July 5, 1967 datum of gage was 32.82 ft above NGVD 1929. Prior to April 11, 1960 station at Capitol Heights Avenue at Datum 36.94 ft above NGVD 1929.
COOPERATION - East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Public Works.
REMARKS - Gage operated as a continuous recorder.
