LOCATION - Lat 30°25'04", long 91°05'29" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, East Baton Rouge Parish, LA, Hydrologic Unit 08070202, on downstream side of bridge on Jefferson Highway. Station can be reached by starting at the overpass of Interstate 12 and Jefferson Highway. Drive northwest 0.2 miles on Jefferson
DRAINAGE AREA - Not determined.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1962 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is NAVD 88. From June 10, 1985 to June 15, 1995 datum of gage was 0.35 ft below NAVD 88.  Prior to June 10, 1985 datum of gage was 1.17 ft below NAVD 88.
COOPERATION - East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Public Works.
REMARKS - March 1962 to June 1995, gage was operated as a nonrecording gage. Satellite telemetry at station.
