LOCATION - Lat 35°35'32.1", long 107°11'22" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Sandoval County, NM, Hydrologic Unit 13020204, on left bank 0.2 mi (0.3 km) upstream from mouth, 4.1 mi (6.6 km) northwest of Guadalupe, and 5.5 mi (8.8 km) southwest of Cabezon.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,390 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1943 to September 1986, October 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry. Gage datum elevation is 5,921 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Water years 2014-2017; records fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor. Water years 2018-2019; records poor.

PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - SUSPENDED-SEDIMENT DISCHARGE: July 1948 to June 1956, October 1978 to September 1986 (discontinued), September 2005 to current year.
