LOCATION - Lat 29°11'00", long 102°58'30" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Brewster County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 13040205, on the left (North) bank of the channel, 222 ft. west of the pumphouse at Daniel's Ranch, 0.75 mi. west of the terminus of Park Route 12 at the Rio Grande Village Store, 3.13 mi. upstream of Boquillas Crossing, 1.65 mi. downstream of the confluence of Tornillo Creek, in Big Bend National Park.
DRAINAGE AREA - Not determined.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Feb. 16, 2010 to Apr. 27, 2022 datum of gage previously reported in error at 1845.93 ft. above NAVD88.

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Gage is located about 300 ft. upstream of the pump house at Boquillas Camp ground, Big Bend National Park, TX. Datum of gage is 1,821.68 ft. above NAVD88. Satellite telemeter at station.

REMARKS - Since installation of gage in Aug. 2007, at least 10% of contributing drainage area has been regulated.
