LOCATION - Lat 38°55'32", long 107°31'04" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.14, T.13 S., R.91 W., Delta County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14020004, on left bank at upstream side of bridge on State Highway 133, 100 ft upstream from mouth, and 1.3 mi northeast of Bowie.
DRAINAGE AREA - 57.9 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-US-2011: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2001 to December 2013. April 2022 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 5,880 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Water year 2014; records fair except for flows below 2.0 ft³/s, and estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2022; no estimated daily discharges. Records fair except for flows below 3.0 ft³/s, which are poor. Water year 2023; records poor. Diversions upstream from station for irrigation. Most of the flow is diverted during irrigation season.
