COOPERATION - Records provided by Southern California Edison under the general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 2085.
REMARKS - This AVM site, Mammoth Pool Fishwater Turbine (11234750/158A) provides record for published, downstream site, San Joaquin R blw Shakeflat Creek (11234760/157), for discharges less than 60 cfs. With the new advent of the cooperator submitting “combined” data (to include estimates needed from the downstream site (11234760) for flows <60 cfs, it also includes the higher flows from same) for the final DV’s/B-card at this low-flow site, 11234750, we will continue to review this site, as it is a primary, low-flow component of published site, 11234760, and will input, manually, the mean daily discharges, for flows of 60 cfs or less, only, (the verified “raw” values from this site, along with any “estimated” low-flow figures from the downstream site) into the database. We will not be inputting the “final” B-card, provided for this site, as it will contain the above 60 cfs figures, from the downstream site, 11234760. The “less than 60 cfs” mean daily discharges for 11234750 will be approved, but no stat summary should be created, for same.
