11295210 Beaver Creek Diversion to McKays Point Reservoir near Arnold, CA
LOCATION - Lat 38°14'01", long 120°16'44" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Tuolumne County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18040010, Stanislaus National Forest, on left bank at McKays Point Reservoir at downstream end of Beaver Creek Penstock, 4.5 mi east-southeast of Arnold. 28" diameter discharge valve is located at the penstock outlet to McKays Reservoir in 12' x 12' concrete valve house.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1990 to current year.
GAGE - Acoustic-velocity meter. Elevation of penstock discharge valve is 3,405.00 ft above NGVD of 1929.
COOPERATION - Records were collected by Northern California Power Agency, under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 2409.
REMARKS - October 1998 to September 2013 published as a monthly line item with station Beaver Creek below Diversion Dam, near Arnold, CA (11295230).
