DRAINAGE AREA - 9.17 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1992 to September 1995, October 1999 to current year (low-flow records only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and fixed-plate orifice. Elevation of gage is 2,010 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.  From to Jan. 1, 1997 to October 2017, at site 300 ft upstream, at different datum.
COOPERATION - Records were collected by Lassen Station Hydro, under general supervision of the U.S. Geological Survey, in connection with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project no. 6120.
REMARKS - No records computed above 4.0 ft³/s. Low and medium flows regulated by diversion dam immediately upstream. When diversion pond is drained, stage cannot be monitored and these are considered "no record" days. Flow in bypass reach can be considered to have exceeded 4 ft³/s on these days or be equal to the natural inflow to the diversion structure. In addition, there are several periods of missing record since water year 2005. For the 2008 and 2010 water years, there was no recorded flow below 4.0 ft³/s. Spill and leakage bypass this site. See schematic diagram of North Fork Feather River Basin, available from the California Water Science Center. No records provided or approved for the 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2020 water years.
