LOCATION - Lat 43°15'23.06", long 122°27'03.04" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.33, T.27 S., R.3 E., Douglas County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 17100301, Umpqua National Forest, and on left bank.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1952 to September 1983, October 2003 to September 2004, October 2011 to current year. Records for June 1952 to September 1983, combined with records for Fish Creek at Big Camas Ranger Station near Toketee Falls (14316000), and published as Fish Creek and Fish Creek power canal near Toketee Falls (14316001).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,045 ft above NAVD of 1988, from topographic map. Prior to Oct. 1, 2008, at site 0.65 mi downstream at different datum.
REMARKS - Flow completely regulated. Records for period October 2004 to September 2011 are available in the files of the Central Point Field Office.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily discharge, 188 ft³/s May 8-10, 1955; no flow at times most years.
