LOCATION - Lat 59°42'16", long 153°42'36" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.33, T.55 S., R.25 W., Kenai Peninsula Borough, AK, Hydrologic Unit 19030206, (Iliamna D-3 quad), 15 mi southeast of Pedro Bay at Chinkelyes Creek bridge, milepost 3 Williamsport Road.
DRAINAGE AREA - 11.4 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2010 to October 2013 (Discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 420 ft above mean sea level, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Records good, except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. GOES satellite telemetry at station.

INSTRUMENTATION - Electronic water-temperature recorder set for 15 minute recording interval.
REMARKS - Records represent water temperature at the sensor within 0.5°C. Heavy shore ice occurs near the gage. Record is good.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - WATER TEMPERATURE: Maximum, 17.0°C, July 30, 2013; minimum, 0.0°C, many days during winter.
