LOCATION - Lat 25°41'07.0", long 80°28'12.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.31, T.55 S., R.39 E., Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, on the north side of SW 88th Street (Kendall Drive) about 0.75 mi west of SW 162nd Avenue.
REVISIONS HISTORY - The figures of water level as elevation, in feet NGVD, from September 25-30, 1995 are in error. A -0.87 ft correction has been applied to correct the short period of water-level data from September 25-30, 1995. Corrected records are in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey. Daily values tables available online at http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 19.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 5 in; top of first opening 14.5 ft, bottom of last opening 19.5 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 8.62 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of shelf, 10.13 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jun. 15, 2015 to present; unknown, distance above measuring-point datum not defined, Oct. 7, 2015 to present.

REMARKS - The well was reconstructed September 25, 1995, October 16, 1996 and August 27, 1998.
