LOCATION - Lat 25°44'21.6", long 80°26'01.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.16, T.54 S., R.39 E., Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, on north side of SW 30th Street, 500 ft west of SW 147th Avenue, 0.75 mi north of Bird Road, 15 mi west of Miami.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 12 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 10 ft, bottom of last opening 12 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 5.90 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of flange, 8.51 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 14, 2002 to Jul. 9, 2018; Top of flange, 10.07 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 10, 2018 to Apr. 21, 2019; black mark north side of well casing, 7.28 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Apr. 22, 2019 to present. PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1987 to current year.

REMARKS - Station reconstructed June 1994, October 5, 1999, March 14, 2002. See DATUM. Maximum historical water levels may have been higher than recorded in EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD during the flooding events of October 1999 and October 2000, when water levels could have been higher than could be recorded at the time.
