LOCATION - Lat 26°17'46", long 81°06'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.23, T.48 S., R.32 E., Hendry County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, 20 ft south of Lemon Grove Road (BIA Highway 182), 2 mi west of Feeder Canal, 7 mi west of County Road 833, 32 mi south of Clewiston.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Groundwater levels for the period of August 16, 2018, to October 24, 2018 were revised June 27, 2019, because continuous data for a neighboring well had been loaded to HE-1063's data set.  Data were overwritten with the correct HE-1063 data.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 123 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 78 ft, bottom of last opening 123 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 18.34 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Undefined, 0 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, UNDEFINED BEGIN DATE to present; Top of casing, at land surface, 18.42 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 29, 1987 to Oct. 1, 1995; Top of 2-in. PVC casing, 22.31 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 1, 1995 to May. 1, 2018; Top of 2-inch PVC casing, 22.25 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Apr. 30, 2018 to present. PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1987 to September 1994 (monthly), October 1994 to October 1995 (quarterly), June 2003 to current year.
GAGE - In-Situ Level Troll 700 pressure transducer.
REMARKS - Well was reconstructed on May 30, 2003. Well was reconstructed April 2018 due to damage from a wildfire in the area.  See DATUM.
